Our products are made-to-order, meaning each item is individually cut, sewn, and processed after you place your order. Please allow up to 10 business days for production before your order is ready for shipping. Once shipped, delivery times will vary based on your location.
CANADIAN ORDERS
All Canadian orders are shipped through Canada Post (https://www.canadapost-postescanada.ca/cpc/en).

US orders are shipped through USPS, DHL, and UPS.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International shipping providers and time of delivery vary depending on where you are located.
Once an order is confirmed on our website, it cannot be canceled. If a package is deemed undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for both the original and return shipping fees. To avoid this, please monitor delivery attempt notifications and utilize the 'Track My Order' feature in your confirmation email. Please note that we are not liable for orders marked as delivered or for cases where delivery attempts have been made. Additionally, unforeseen delivery delays may occur, which are beyond Chyngona's control and responsibility.
Please note that Chyngona is not responsible for customs clearance fees in your country or any delays caused by customs processing. Prices listed on our website do not include overseas duties, taxes, or other customs-related charges that may apply when importing items into your country. Chyngona is not accountable if your country’s postal authority fails to notify you about pending customs, duties, or tax payments. We recommend monitoring your shipment using the tracking number provided to avoid any delays.
IMPORTANT: If you choose to reject or refuse delivery due to customs fees, a $30 return fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the return shipping costs.
For sanitation reasons and the scale of our production, we do not accept returns once an order has been shipped. As all sales are final, we encourage you to carefully review your size and order details before completing your purchase.
